El Poblet opened in Valencia in 2012. It takes its name from the original Denia restaurant, now Quique Dacosta Restaurante.
Quique Dacosta has selected a top team to implement his vision, which is to bring his cuisine closer to the capital through a new haute cuisine proposal.

Her daily work involves coordinating different teams, personal learning and knowledge transmission.

Arrived at El Poblet in 2014 almost as a natural destination after having experienced catering from her infancy.
Runs the dining room at El Poblet with fluency and elegance, based on a spirit of continuous improvement. Has also achieved important milestones in the wine world, an area she feels passionate about.
